Refund Policy

If you are not happy within 14 days of your first paid class, email us and we refund the full amount you paid, including GST. You do not need to give a reason.

• On a 3, 6 or 12-month plan, we refund the classes not yet held at the per-class price you paid, including GST.
• Classes already held, and classes missed without notice, are not refunded.
• A monthly plan can be stopped at any time; the month already paid for is not refunded after the 14-day window.

If we cancel a class and cannot reschedule it, or cannot continue a plan for any reason, we refund every class not delivered in full.

If money left your account but the payment failed, or you were charged twice, Razorpay or your bank returns it automatically within 5 to 7 working days. If it has not arrived, email us the payment reference and we will chase it.

1. Email support@sariro.com with the subject “Refund request”, or use Support in your dashboard.
2. Include the learner's name and the email or phone number used to pay.
3. We confirm within 2 working days and tell you the amount.

Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet), or by bank transfer if you paid by transfer. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

• The free trial class, since nothing is paid.
• Classes already held.
• Plans closed for serious misconduct, except as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
