Terms & Conditions

Sariro teaches live online classes in mathematics, science, physics, chemistry, biology, English, coding & AI and public speaking, for school students from Grade 1 to Grade 12 and for adults. Classes are taught over video either one-to-one or in a group of at most four learners, and come with a learner dashboard for homework, practice and progress.

For a learner under 18, the account must be created by, or with the consent of, a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the learner's behalf and is responsible for payments. Schools and organisations enrol under a separate written agreement.

• Classes are sold as plans of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, with 8 classes a month. Prices are shown per class on the pricing page and in full at checkout before you pay.
• Prices are shown before tax. GST at 18% is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
• A discount code reduces the price before GST, can be used once per account, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Payments are taken securely by Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets) or by bank transfer. A GST invoice is emailed after each payment.
• We may change prices for future plans; a plan you have already paid for is never re-priced.

Your first class is a free trial of about thirty minutes. No payment details are needed to book it, and no plan starts unless you choose one.

• Class times are agreed when you enrol and shown in your dashboard. Classes usually last an hour.
• Group classes follow the batch timetable and go ahead for the batch if one learner is absent. One-to-one classes can be rescheduled as set out in our Cancellation Policy.
• If a teacher cannot take a class, we reschedule it or provide another qualified teacher at no cost.
• Classes in a plan are to be used during the plan. Unused classes do not carry over to a later plan unless we agree in writing.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and cancellations by our Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Learners, parents and teachers must be respectful in class and in messages. Sharing personal contact details, recording classes without permission, harassment or cheating may lead to suspension of the account. If an account is closed for serious misconduct, the remaining classes are refunded pro rata under the Refund Policy, less any amount needed to cover harm caused.

Lesson plans, worksheets, games and other material on Sariro belong to Sariro or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning, but not copy, resell or publish them. Work a learner creates belongs to the learner.

We teach with care but cannot guarantee particular marks or results. Our total liability for any claim relating to a plan is limited to the amount paid for that plan. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first at support@sariro.com and we will try to resolve any problem within 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved is subject to the courts of Bankura, West Bengal.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and material changes are emailed to account holders before they take effect.
